These terms cover use of the public site at limitops.io.
The site
The site describes an early-stage product for on-chain treasury policy and risk controls. It is information about what we are building. It is not a contract for software, custody, transaction execution, or advisory work.
No offer
Nothing on the site is an offer to hold assets, move funds, or provide investment, legal, or compliance advice. Figures in the product view are sample data for the layout. They are not a live treasury and not customer or production data.
Early access
Sending a request does not reserve access and does not create a service commitment. We reply when we can. There is no public launch date on the site.
Use of the site
You may read the site and send an early-access request. Do not misuse the form, including by submitting someone else’s details or automated spam.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date below is the current version.
